Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your item provided the following conditions are met:
– The item is in unworn, unopened, and unused condition.
– All original tags and packaging must be included.
– Sewn labels must remain attached.
– The original product packaging must be returned, even if damaged. Items returned without the original packaging cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
– Please place the original packaging inside another parcel when returning.
We do not refund shipping costs, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, we’ll provide a free return label. Please reach out via our Contact Us page so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:
– Cash refunds are not available.
– Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
– Allow up to 14 business days from the date you post your return for processing.

Important Notes
– Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged and expire 12 months from the purchase date. Lost gift cards will not be replaced.
– A Return Authority number must be included with your package. Returns without this number will not be accepted.
– Please keep your return tracking number as proof of shipment.
